Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Formosa ERP. By clicking "I Agree," or by accessing our ERP, Business Operations Suite, and Custom Website services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Account Registration & Security

To access the Services, you must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (passwords, admin access) and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breaches.

Description of Services & Availability

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)

We provide a cloud-based ERP and Business Operations Suite (including messenger, payroll, e-approval, and e-commerce tools).

Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, the Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access and reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, which we will communicate in advance when possible.

Payment, Billing, & Subscriptions

Fees

By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fees (monthly or annually) for your chosen plan.

Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the Services until the end of your current paid billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.
